In Westport we’ve been busy with complete renovation of 901-903 Westport Road, including two new storefronts, bringing life into the south end. Upstairs two outdated and neglected apartments were drastically renovated for beautiful first class living quarters complete with touches of granite, stainless steel appliances and oak flooring.
While in the Westport neighborhood, stop in and visit our tenants at Normal Human, a locally-created clothing and goods store.
Downtown we recently acquired 3000 Mercier – a large industrial property complete with a dock and storage near Dean Underground.
Last fall we also worked diligently to create two different affordable Office Suite offerings in the Waldo/Brookside area: Romanelli Commons and Chandelier Commons. Both projects included creating a functional workspace for individuals who needed an office away from home with the perks of having features such as conference rooms, provided office furniture, wi-fi and a common area for clients.
Nearby in Waldo, we are renovating an office Space at 7422 Wornall Rd – future home of American Family Insurance agent Craig Kenton.
In the Overland Park area, be sure to look for the rebirth of the 4 Winds Shopping Center while you’re driving on I-35 near 75th street – complete with several new tenants including Roni’s Pub and Kitchen. And on Santa Fe Trail Drive we’ll soon be offering a retail space situated among several other storefronts.
