Pete Walsh is originally from St. Louis and attended Rockhurst University. He has worked in employee benefits for 25 years, the last 15 of which as a
broker and consultant. Pete specializes in employer groups with 50-200 employees to assist in managing their employee benefit offerings. He brings energy, humor and the ability to tell a good story to the Romanelli Commons offices!
This was Pete’s first time renting with UpJohn Blount. Pete says, “Marshall is a man of his word. When he says he will do something, he does it.” He goes on to say that honesty is what sets UpJohn Blount apart from other realtors. “[He is] not out to make a quick buck. [He is] there when you need him.”

There’s a new kid on the block at 7422 Wornall Road – Craig Kenton of American Family Insurance. Kenton has spent the last 15 years as a financial advisor and joined the American Family Insurance team in August of 2015. In January of 2016 Kenton began the leasing process with UpJohn Blount Real Estate and moved into the space at 7422 Wornall Road.


According to Consuela, Chandelier Commons is in a great area for her office because it’s close to home – and a great price. “I really like that I have the ability to paint my suite and make the space my own. Also, with it being in the Waldo area, it’s really convenient with all the shops and restaurants so close,” said Consuela.
